Heidi Gill, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Urban Solution Group
Heidi Gill serves as CEO of Urban Solution Group. She founded Urban in 2017 to bridge the gap between oil and gas development and social compatibility. Focusing on comprehensive mitigation plans and products, Heidi designed and filed a patent on a new type of sound wall that helps mitigate impacts to surrounding communities during oil and gas operations. She was recently recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of Denver’s 2019 40 Under 40. In 2018 she was awarded COGA’s 2018 Emerging Leader Award and recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of Denver’s 2018 Top Women in Energy.
Michael Kuykendall, Vice President of Catellus Development Corporation
Michael Kuykendall is responsible for the acquisition, development and disposition of the company’s mixed-use assets throughout California and Colorado. Catellus has developed the Stapleton Business Center in Denver, among other Colorado projects, which encompass 295 acres along I-70 and is home to 26 buildings with a total of 3.74 million square feet. Mr. Kuykendall was Development Associate responsible for Catellus’s residential projects throughout the western United States and received his BA in Business Administration for the University of San Francisco.
Jason Maxey, Weld County Oil and Gas Specialist and Local Government Designee
Weld County is the number one producer of oil and gas in the state, with 89% of all crude oil production and 1/3rd of all natural gas production in the state coming from Weld. Jason Maxey is the County’s Oil and Gas Specialist and is also the Local Government Designee. One of the primary responsibilities of this role is public outreach, which includes the providing of oil and gas information to residents and being a technical resource and liaison for various stakeholders. He is very knowledgeable about our industry. Weld County is in the process of creating an oil and gas department that will provide stability and certainty, plus adopt rules along with the COGCC.
